We can help you in establishing your business entity which will involve liaising with the relevant Authorities. For incorporation or registration of private limited companies, Singapore branches of foreign corporations, partnerships and sole-proprietorship, applications need to be made to the Singapore Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (“ACRA”), and for registration of representative offices in Singapore by foreign corporations, applications need to be made to the International Enterprise Singapore.
